What is Dental Implants?
Dental implants are the gold-standard way to replace missing teeth. A biocompatible titanium post is placed in the jawbone where it fuses naturally (osseointegration), then topped with a custom crown that looks, feels and functions like a real tooth.
With 3D planning, gentle surgical techniques and premium implant systems, we deliver long-lasting results with a written warranty. We will explain the appropriate treatment and follow-up schedule during consultation.
Benefits
- Looks, feels and works like a natural tooth
- Prevents bone loss and facial sagging
- No damage to neighbouring teeth (unlike bridges)
- Eat, speak and smile with full confidence
- Can last a lifetime with good care
How the treatment works
1. 3D consultation
Digital X-rays/CBCT assess bone and plan the ideal position.
2. Implant placement
The implant is placed comfortably under local anaesthesia.
3. Healing
The implant fuses with bone over 3–6 months; a temporary tooth can be provided.
4. Final crown
A custom zirconia or porcelain crown is fitted and your bite perfected.
Who is it for?

- Non-smokers or those willing to reduce smoking
- People with adequate bone (or suitable for bone grafting)
Aftercare tips
- Soft foods for the first few days
- Rinse gently with warm salt water
- Avoid smoking during healing
- Regular check-ups and cleaning
